Step Wise Visa Process:

• Step-1: The student has to submit all academic documents, Passport copy, IELTS Marksheet.
• Step-2: Student Will get his Offer of Place in deciding Time frame
• Step-3: The student has too clear Medical & student has to paid Tuition Fees transfer of 1st semester via TT .
• Step-4: GIC transfer
• Step-5: After Collecting all documents Golden Future Will Submit your application @VFS Canada Ahmedabad.
• Step-6: During the 4 – 5 weeks of Time Frame Student will get Visa approval
• Step-7: The student can Fly as per Student visa Date.

Visa Checklist:

1. General Documents

• Original Passport+1 photo copy of first & last page
• 4 Photographs 35x45 (Recent photo with white Background)
• Approximate VFS Service Charges 10,000 (Need to pay by Cash)
• Study permit application form IMM 1294 E + Family Information Form + Student Questionnaire + use reprensetative form (IMM 5476E) + SPP Check List
• Letter of Acceptence from College (Photo copy)
• Marriage Certificate(if applicable)
• Medical Receipt & Form – Original
• Family details :- Father , Mother, Brother , Sister – DOB ,POB , Full name , Full Add., Single , Married , Activity.

2. Academic Documents (Photo Copy)

• 10th& 12th standard Mark Sheet - Noterized
• Bachelors Certificate with all mark sheet and Transcript - Noterized
• IELTS test score (Only Colour copy) - Noterized
• If any gap after completing education then required providing experience letter + last 2 months salary slip + form 16 + IT return if filing
• Final Offer letter copy

3. Financial Documents

• Photo copy of all payment issued by the college or wire transfer receipt from bank (First term fees must be paid)
• Photo copy of GIC letter
• Need to have adderss + Contact number on Bank Letter head (If required)
• If student pays fees from education loan then must have disbursement letter also required. (If applicable)

Note: Above all documents need to submit to VFS Canada for study permit and (Following documents additionally required for writing some financial information and income source information needs to be mentioned in the application from so i.e. purpose of requirement) all original documents required at the time of Interview (if Applicable)

Parents Income: (If required):-

• IT Return of Last 2 years – form 16(if working)
• IT Return of Last 2 years – form 16(if working)

Agriculture income then need Income certificate from Tahsildar or Collector office, selling Bills of Crop, passbooks
